Program Description

At CrossFit Vacaville, our CrossFit program is built around constantly varied, high-intensity workouts that challenge your body in new ways every day. 


Using functional movements like squats, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, and gymnastics-based exercises, we help athletes build full-body strength, improve mobility, and enhance cardiovascular endurance.
