With a partner climb as far up the rep ladder as possible in 10 minutes of:
Partner 1
1 x 100m Sprinte
1 Burpee
Partner 2
1 x 100m Sprint
2 Burpees
Partner 1
1 x 100m Sprint
3 Burpees
Continue this pattern until time runs out!!
Score = total reps completed (+partial reps)
Rest 1 min.
Then…4 min. total
1:00 Partner 1 planks, while Partner 2 does max rep sit-ups
Then switch, 1:00, Partner 2 planks, Partner 1 does max rep sit-ups…continue for one more cycle until 4 minutes is up.
Score = total reps
Overall Score = Sum of all reps
