Group Class Times: 9am, 3:30pm, 5:30pm
Members are able to come in anytime within our hours. Non-group class times are similar to other times of the day, except you will warm-up on your own rather than with a class. There will always be 1-3 on the floor that will go through skills training and start members in groups of 2-10 as they become ready for the workout. This type of schedule allows for greater flexibility for our members and increased personal one-on-one coaching.
