Movement Standards

Stone-to-Shoulder

​Each rep begins with the stone on the ground and finishes with the stone making contact with the athletes shoulder, stone should touch shoulder ABOVE collar bone. Hips and knees are fully extended.

Loading the stone in stages is permitted, or the athlete can “one-time” the stone moving it from the ground to the shoulder in one fluid motion.

​Athlete CANNOT bounce the stone, the rep will NOT be counted.
