Come in anytime during our hours of operation and stay as long as you want. On days when you don’t have a lot of time, you can have one of our coaches design a 30-minute EXPRESS workout for you. Personal attention with during open gym time allows our coaches to work with you one-on-one without disrupting a class. You are not forced into situations where you are involved in a class with more experienced CrossFitters. For athletes that prefer the class structure we offer classes at 6:30AM, 9AM, 3:30PM, & 6PM.

Small groups of members are formed to complete workouts together.so you still get the group dynamics with more individualized attention.

We want you to be successful so if you are absent for a week, we will contact you and encourage you to get back ASAP.

Stretches & Mobility

STRETCHES & MOBILITY

We provide the tools and resources needed for adequate stretching and
mobility before and after workouts.

Stretching helps to improve static (non-moving) flexibility, and dynamic
mobility exercises help prepare your body for the vigorous movements that make up the more demanding part of a workout.

Mobility and flexibility work is also done after the workout as part of the cool-down to help restore tissue length and prevent long term injury

One size doesn’t fit all. Everyday we have workouts available for all difficulty levels from beginners to elite competitive athletes. In addition, we offer endurance programing for any level athlete (triathletes, or athletes training for long distance runs or obstacle course runs such as Tough Mudder and Spartan run)
