Workout of the Day:
Five 90-Second Cycles for Max Reps:
20, 18, 16, 14, 12 Wall Balls (adv. 20/14)
Max Rep Burpee Box Jumps (adv. 24/20)

There is 90 seconds rest between cycles. Wall ball reps start at 20 and then decrease by 2 every cycle (first cycle stars with 20, and fifth cycle starts with 12). Score is total reps of burpee box jumps.
