1-10m sprint the first minute, 2 – 10m sprints (there & back) the second minute, 3 the third minute…etc. until you cannot complete the number of sprints in that minute.
Rest for 1-3 min.
Then…
Complete max rep Pull-ups (without breaking)

Score = last full number of sprints completed + pull-up reps
