“Last Team Standing” Information & Details

Untitled-1In-House Partner Competition DETAILS:
• Coed Partner Series (open style)
• 3 WODS & FINAL WOD
• Work-capacity w/ no divisions (wods are mostly body weight, or weights will be set that the majority of members can do)

Dates:
• Ranking WOD –must complete that workout by May 22nd in order to participate in the competition!
• Start date – May 25th Memorial Day Kick-off (First Partner WOD) ALL PARTNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED THIS DAY. (it is okay if someone cannot make it that day, partners will have the rest of the week to complete the workout together.
• End Date – June 15th (3 weeks) – end with finals on Monday night

Other Info:
Teams will have the week to complete or redo the workout together (this doe not include the ranking WOD, which is done individually and can only be done one time)

How will partners be chosen?
A WOD will be announced before the competition, in which all competitors must complete, it will determine rankings (split up btw men & women), and we will pair people up based on that. (this is to ensure that partners are completely fair!)

How to score workouts for competition?

Scores calculated same as the open leaderboard, the team ranking for each week will equal a number of points, top teams with lowest number of points advance. (Ex. Team ranks 1st the first week – 1 point, 3rd the third week – 3 points = 4 total points) All workouts would have to be counted by a member or coach to count.
